Submit Your Music... for Worship

Feel free to request Christian songs for praise and worship as well as the Victory Dance Proclamation. Please be aware that your submissions are subject to review by the worship leader or the dance instructor who will determine approval of your submission at their discretion unless you're scheduled to either of the roles.

It is recommended that you submit your worship outline by the following deadlines:
• Every Monday before the next Sunday Service.
• Every Monday before the next coming Friday Prayer Meeting.
• The Sunday before the start of the coming church retreat.
• The Saturday before the next Worship Encounter.
• Deadlines vary for other church services and events.

Please be aware that only one new song (i.e., songs that have yet to be performed) can be added to worship at a given time. Note that if you are requesting multiple songs, you can only submit one song at a time. So, for example, if you request four songs, you must submit this form four times.
